Returns

Our products are made to order and drop shipped directly from Printful. As a result, we have a specific returns policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Products can be returned if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.
    • Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size choices.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Time Frame:
    • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  3. Return Process:

    • If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions on how to return your item.
    • Returns should be sent back to the seller, not to Printful.
    • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  1. Refund Approval:
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
    • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  2. Partial Refunds:
    • Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
      • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
