Returns
Our products are made to order and drop shipped directly from Printful. As a result, we have a specific returns policy:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Products can be returned if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.
- Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size choices.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Time Frame:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
- Return Process:

- If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions on how to return your item.
- Returns should be sent back to the seller, not to Printful.
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
